MacTricksAndTips was one of the first websites developed by myself. It is all about tips and tricks for the Mac. Each post is designed to find those small tips that you know are there but you can never find. I try and make tips as simple as possible but include a lot of background detail. For example most tip website just list the tip, I try to explain how that tips works and how you can use it in other places on your Mac. This way you can improve your own skills.

Some of the most popular tips on MacTricksAndTips are the lists that I produce. I try to go out of my way to find applications and programs to include in my lists. For example one of the most popular post on MTnT is the Top 100 Mac Applications., it is regularly one of the most visited websites on the site.

MTnT tries to specialise in finding tips and tricks for use on the Mac. I find it all to easy to compile a list of the X greatest Y, and doing applications reviews. Although they do appear from time to time I do try to keep to tips and tricks you can use. Most tips are inspired by myself trying to find a solution to a problem, or users emailing me in asking questions.

The site is constantly growing. Each day I try to add a new tip or trick. Although due to the lack of time due to Uni I have to miss out odd days. This is a real shame since I really do enjoy writing and putting tips and tricks up on the site. If you want to subscribe to the latests tips or tricks check out the RSS feed.
